Kelty Yellowstone

The Kelty Yellowstone is a 3-season tent designed for long term durability and immediate affordability. This free standing tent sets up in seconds with the two fiberglass poles and pole clips fitting together seamlessly. The roomy build and comfortable space allows for plenty of stretching and relaxing for both hikers after a long day and the mesh ceiling and side vents ensure maximum ventilation in almost any conditions. The seams are taped to keep out water and internal storage pockets keep additional items such as socks or clothing from getting damp. The Kelty Yellowstone comes in three different sizes: 2 person (pictured), 4 person, and 6 person.

The Kelty Yellowstone is built to be lightweight and affordable and it performs wonderfully in both areas. It keeps campers and backpackers dry throughout the most intense rainfall and has the right level of ventilation to keep from sweating them out in the summer months. There is plenty of room for storing items and a hook for hanging a flash light or lantern. It is a bit tight when fitting two people inside the 2 person model and with only one door, getting in and out during the middle of the night can be tricky. We definitely recommend the addition of a footprint with this tent because of the thin floor.
